Geologist and seasoned leader with 35 years of experience in the international natural resources sector, including having made discoveries of precious and base metals deposits within Australia, the USA and SW Pacific. Deep technical experience over an extensive career with mid-tiers and majors including North Flinders Mines, Normandy, Newmont, and Xstrata Copper. Co-founder and MD of multiple ASX listed precious metal exploration companies including Metal Bank (ASX:MBK) and Pacgold (ASX:PGO). Strong investor community connections, having completed numerous private and public equity (ASX) placements in Australia with institutional investment backing.
Claude de Bruin
Co-Founder & Director – Corporate

Seasoned leader, lawyer, and entrepreneur, with more than two decades of experience specifically in the international natural resources and mining industry. Founder, with leading roles in private and public companies progressing from grass roots exploration into development and mining, including the Minergy Group (BSE:MIN) of companies which discovered then developed the Masama Mine, and Platmin (TSX/AIM:PPN, now private as Sedibelo Resources) which discovered and then developed a significant PGM mine on the western limb of South Africa’s bushveld igneous complex. Led significant equity raisings through private and public placements, Initial Public Offerings, and stock exchange listings in several jurisdictions. Led the assembly of significant mineral rights portfolios that resulted in mineral discoveries, mine development, and production. He is deeply connected in the international natural resources and mining industry.
